Founded in 1987 by Paula Lindsay, Leading Edge has spent nearly four decades quietly raising the standard for what a Santa Rosa salon can be. A roster of stylists trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy, Toni & Guy, and Bumble & Bumble. A studio inside the Santa Rosa Business Park built for comfort. A philosophy rooted in beauty with integrity and kindness.
